Domaine Mas de Jallon
Côtes du Rhône IGP Pays d'OcWhen the father of Christophe acquired Mas de Jallon in the 1970s, the area was 7 ha. Today, the Mas de Jallon estate is a 70 ha property, 45 of which are planted with vines. Christophe Boudinaud and his son Auguste Boudinaud, both nature lovers and guided by respect for their land, naturally turned in 2009 to organic farming and then to biodynamic farming in 2016.
Thus, in keeping with the ethics of the estate, they both decided to separate from the Fournès cooperative cellar in 2018. Following this, they built their own wine cellar. The goal: To produce and vinify according to "their spirit".
